Tax Relief Inc. has been working with taxpayers to resolve tax matters since 1987. Our staff has extensive experience in tax arbitration and tax collection matters as well as business management and financial planning.

Tax Relief Inc. is certainly not the biggest firm in our industry. We believe we are the perfect size; big enough to serve you, yet small enough to know you. That's a fact we take pride in. Many of our clients tell us of their experiences calling other firms. A common theme is that the client first spoke to someone that seemed more like a sales person, then to a senior partner to help "seal the deal", but after retaining the firm, most of their contact is with a relatively inexperienced junior associate.

Timothy F. Foley - Mr. Foley is the Managing Director of Tax Relief, Inc.. Mr. Foley is an Enrolled Agent and Certified Management Accountant. He served as Chairman of the Executive Committee of a 1.2 billion-dollar distribution company. He was instrumental in turning around the financially troubled Medaille College (Buffalo, New York) and later named as Medaille's Chairman of the Board. Mr. Foley has concentrated his efforts to working with taxpayers that have collection problems with the IRS. As an Enrolled Agent, Mr. Foley is authorized to represent taxpayers nationwide before the Internal Revenue Service.

Joseph W. Shadle - Mr. Shadle is President of Tax Relief, Inc. Mr. Shadle is an Enrolled Agent and Certified Tax Resolution Specialist. He worked for eight years in the Financial Services industry in New York, New Jersey, and Florida. His work experience includes service for the Small Business Administration providing disaster relief loans to individuals and corporations subsequent to the attacks on World Trade Center. He is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology with a major in International Finance. His focus and current experience is in Tax and Management Consulting.

Timothy M. Foley - Mr. Foley is a graduate of Canisius College. He has a law degree from John Marshall Law school. His focus is tax and management consulting.
